Utility service availability is parcel-specific in Sarasota County

Water, wastewater and reclaimed-water providers serve different service areas across Sarasota County. Sarasota County Utilities serves some areas, while cities, districts and other providers serve others. Confirm the parcel's provider and current system capacity before relying on utility availability. A provider map, postal address, or nearby utility line does not guarantee service or capacity. Connection and utility construction may require separate permits. StartFL does not determine the provider for an individual parcel.
