StartFL intends for its government-navigation service to be usable by people with disabilities and is committed to improving accessibility over time.

Our commitment

We aim to follow recognized accessibility practices, including WCAG 2.1 or WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable to the service. Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time project. This statement is not a claim of formal certification or of complete conformance.

Report a barrier or request assistance

If a page, control, answer, or other part of StartFL creates an accessibility barrier, email [email protected]. If possible, include the page or URL, a description of what happened, and the assistive technology or browser involved. You may also use this address to request help accessing information.

What happens next

We will review reported barriers and use them to guide fixes and improvements. Some linked government websites and third-party services are outside StartFL’s control, so a barrier may need to be reported to the organization that operates that site as well.
