Source references checked 2026-09-29. How we check sources
The City of Seminole Building Division handles City building permits, zoning-related business review, inspections, and local Business Tax Receipts. Some common contractor permits can be filed online, while other permit types use the City's established application process. A business inside Seminole city limits needs the City Business Tax Receipt unless exempt by law. Confirm that the parcel is actually inside Seminole before using City procedures, because a Seminole postal address can lie outside the municipality.
