Pasco County contains six incorporated municipalities: Dade City, New Port Richey, Port Richey, San Antonio, St. Leo and Zephyrhills. Confirm which government has jurisdiction before using PascoGateway. San Antonio requires city review before applications go to Dade City Building Department. St. Leo requires zoning-compliance review before Dade City building processing.
