Jupiter fire rescue and inspections effective October 1, 2026 in Palm Beach County

The Town of Jupiter Fire Rescue Department began fire rescue and EMS service on October 1, 2026. The County states PBCFR’s Jupiter service agreement terminated effective October 1, 2026 and removed Jupiter from PBCFR’s authorized area effective October 1. The Town says post-transition fire inspections should be scheduled with Jupiter Fire Rescue. The PBCFR Area Served page still lists Jupiter, so use the newer County agenda and Town sources for current service. Confirm project-specific fire-plan review requirements with the Town; service boundaries alone do not determine every construction review.
