For unincorporated construction, select the permit type from the County application submittal checklist, complete the Building Division permit application and relevant supplemental forms, and file through ePZB. Include the exact site address and PCN, applicant and contractor details, project description, plans and product approvals as the selected checklist requires. Owner builders use the disclosure affidavit when eligible. Confirm required zoning, flood, septic, environmental and utility approvals before construction. Use the County fee schedule and estimators for a project estimate. An issued permit is not final completion: follow inspections and obtain the required final approval.
