Mobile homes, manufactured homes, and trailer use in Miami-Dade

Miami-Dade states that mobile homes generally may not be placed, stored or used outside an approved mobile home park, with limited temporary construction-site use while an active building permit is in place. Manufactured-home placement also remains subject to zoning, flood, building-code and local jurisdiction requirements. StartFL should not treat a manufactured home as ordinary single-family construction without checking the parcel zoning and approved use.
