Miami-Dade development impact fees

Miami-Dade reviews development activity for applicable impact fees before building permit issuance. County impact fees can include mobility, fire and emergency services, police, parks and educational facilities, with some fees applying countywide and some varying by fire-service jurisdiction. Accessory work such as sheds and pools can be treated differently. The current assessment must be taken from the County's impact-fee process rather than estimated from a generic project price.
