Road ownership and maintenance are not determined by the mailing city alone. Hillsborough County Public Works maintains County roads; city streets, state highways, private roads, and toll roads may have different operators. Confirm the road owner before reporting damage or requesting work. The County's online Public Works portal is for County-maintained assets and is not a guarantee that every nearby road is in the County system.
