Check the exact municipal location
The official Tax Collector says businesses in Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach or Town of Baldwin must also obtain the applicable municipal Local Business Tax. Confirm the actual municipality; do not use only the mailing city.

Confirm any City Certificate of Use separately
Use the City's current Certificate of Use guidance for businesses within its authority. The Tax Collector describes a home-based-business exception to the City Certificate of Use requirement, while noting a Local Business Tax Receipt is still required.
