The Florida-approved 63-hour sales associate pre-license course is valid for two years from completion. Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent, SSN required.

Submit the RE 1 application to DBPR and have fingerprints taken through an FDLE-registered Livescan provider (results take up to 5 days to reach DBPR). A background check is part of review.
